You must have experience of working on a range of smaller, architecturally led projects, and be keen to progress your career within a niche practice, where you can really make your mark. Projects include refurbishments and new builds of residential schemes, commercial buildings and sculptures/art installation work. Work is often architecturally challenging, complex and bespoke.
