Supervisor Air Conditioning Engineer Purpose of Job To ensure the efficient and effective installation and or maintenance of air conditioning systems, at various customer locations. Responsibilities and Duties To carry out all tasks and activities to fully complete, the installation, service, maintenance and fault finding of all air conditioning and refrigeration systems. As a fully qualified engineer the following tasks would be expected as a minimum: • Metal work and bracketry works • Containment works (Cable Tray / Supports) • Copper pipe and lagging installation including brazing • Installation and termination of communication and control cables • Installation of all condensate systems • Pressure testing, vacuuming and full commissioning of all air conditioning and refrigeration equipment • Handover and completion of required documents and test certification • Supervision when required • Service and maintenance visits • Fault finding and repair works • Receive deliveries and locate to a storage area • Liaise with other trades or members of management to complete tasks Requirements – Abilities, Knowledge, and Skills * GCSE’s (English and Maths minimum grade C) * C&G F-Gas Category 1 * Possess valid Driver’s Licence. * Ability to perform physical activities such as climbing, bending, balancing, stooping, and kneeling, squatting, crawling, ...
