Lead supplier performance improvement initiatives across aerospace manufacturing projects Drive key supplier processes, audits, and root cause investigations Ensure effective containment, corrective actions, and Zero Defect programme implementation Collaborate with suppliers on process improvements and source transfer programmes Analyse nonconforming data and drive resolution strategies Manage supplier development using APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, and root cause tools
