Job Title: Suspension Engineer

EES Solution is seeking a skilled and experienced Suspension Engineer to support the research, design, and development of advanced suspension systems for a leading automotive client. This role requires the application of complex engineering theories and methods to innovate, test, and refine suspension devices, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and durability.
Working cross-functionally with Powertrain and other engineering teams, you will help deliver industrialised, high-quality suspension components and systems. You’ll also play a mentoring role for junior engineers while managing your own projects and workstreams with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and refine vehicle suspension systems and components.
* Apply engineering theories to analyse and improve suspension performance.
* Collaborate with powertrain and systems engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of suspension components.
* Lead and manage project workstreams with minimal oversight.
* Conduct research and testing to evaluate suspension behaviour under various operating conditions.
* Review and validate designs using simulation, modelling, and real-world testing techniques.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced engineers.
* Support the industrialisation of suspension products for mass production.
