Sustainability Engineer – Mechanical Bias Euston, London (Hybrid) | Decarbonising Commercial Buildings £50,000 – £75,000 + pension | 25 days holiday | Training & development Are you a mechanically minded engineer passionate about sustainability? Want to deliver real decarbonisation impact across the commercial built environment? We’re working with a growing green energy consultancy that helps major landlords and asset managers cut emissions and upgrade their buildings — from audits through to detailed design. They’re now looking for a Sustainability Engineer (Mechanical Bias) to support projects at the intersection of building services and climate action. What You’ll Do: ✅ Carry out building surveys, energy audits & HVAC assessments ✅ Develop mechanical-led MEP upgrade strategies ✅ Use IESVE and AutoCAD to model and design low-carbon systems ✅ Support delivery of EPCs, ESOS reports, and decarbonisation roadmaps ✅ Collaborate with clients, PMs & engineers across full project lifecycle 👀 What They’re Looking For: * Degree-qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or similar * Background in HVAC / mechanical building systems * Knowledge of decarbonisation, retrofit strategies, and energy performance * Proficient in IESVE and AutoCAD (or equivalent) * Comfortable working onsite...
