Overview

Join the System Controls & Integration Engineer (SCIE) role at Elutions. The SCIE will work on industrial automation tools, configuring and testing SCADA/BMS systems, programming and troubleshooting PLC software, and installing Controls Solutions. This role also involves establishing communication between the Elutions Maestro Solution and external systems using Modbus, OPC, and BACNet protocols. The SCIE will contribute to global integration processes and methodology improvements, respond professionally to customer queries, and be responsible for regular reporting, team meeting attendance, solution development, and implementation. Responsibilities

• Configure and test SCADA/BMS systems and PLC software; program and troubleshoot PLCs
• Install and validate controls solutions
• Establish and maintain communication between Elutions Maestro Solution and external systems using Modbus, OPC, and BACNet
• Contribute to global integration processes and methodology improvements
• Respond professionally to customer queries and provide regular project reporting
• Attend team meetings and support solution development and implementation

Basic Qualifications

• Working knowledge of industrial IT systems
• Design, implement, configure and test applications for communications and information systems
• PLC programming experience
• Experience with C, VB, SQL
• Experience with HVAC / BMS operation
• Experience with TCP/IP networking
• Experience with Ladder Diagram, Function Block Diagram, Structured Text
• Ability to work with project teams and provide hardware requirements for integration
• Willingness to travel up to 40%, domestic and international
• Ability to self-manage, multi-task, and manage several ongoing projects including customer interface
• Proficient with MS Office
• Effective interpersonal, organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Electrical (Controls) Engineering or related
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with Site-wise BMS/Control System Deployment
• Familiarity with HVAC equipment and Building Management Systems
• Ability to discuss and pre-analyze hardware/software issues
• Working knowledge of diagnostic tools; ability to read schematics and use tools to detect hardware/software problems
