This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to advanced Weapon Effects Management capabilities — reducing operator cognitive burden and enabling seamless coordination of complex weapon systems in high-pressure environments. Key Responsibilities: Lead and contribute to System of Systems concept development Conduct requirements elicitation and decomposition Support and apply architectural design using Model-Based Engineering (MBE) tools Collaborate with design teams to define and communicate overall system concepts, key trades, and architectural constraints Participate in cross-functional assessment and analysis activities Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team-wide continuous improvement initiatives What We’re Looking For: Systems thinkers with strong analytical skills and the ability to develop and articulate new concepts and architectures Understanding of user needs and system requirements that influence design Confidence to present ideas and engage with senior stakeholders Proven ability to take responsibility for decisions impacting multiple system domains Strong communication skills and ability to shape technical narratives A proactive, collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and deliver within agile teams Excellent attention to detail and organisational skill
