This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the development of key military systems.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Systems Engineer, you will contribute to MOD programmes across the CADMID cycle and in various domains, providing expert consultation on designing, developing, and integrating complex systems.We seek professionals with broad expertise and specialisms in areas such as:System Design and Architecture: Lead the development of system architectures, collaborate with teams, and utilize MBSE methodologies.Requirements Engineering and Management: Capture stakeholder needs, develop and analyze requirements, and ensure traceability and compliance.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with UK MoD stakeholders, understand operational needs, and communicate technical information effectively.System of Systems (SoS) Integration and Testing: Oversee subsystem integration, develop testing plans, and ensure interoperability.Risk Management: Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to defence industry standards and update systems as regulations evolve.Technology Evaluation: Stay informed on emerging technologies, evaluate their potential for integration.Documentation and Reporting: Generate technical documentation and provide project updates.Skills, Knowledge, and ExperienceWe’re looking for driven, adaptable professionals with a background in consultancy or defence, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
