Key Responsibilities:
Define and analyse system and functional requirements across multiple weapon system domains Conduct trade studies and propose design solutions with detailed impact assessments Liaise with multi-disciplinary engineering teams and external partners to ensure design coherence Support change management, configuration control, and requirements traceability Contribute to performance analysis, verification, and system documentation Key Requirements:
Proven experience in Systems Engineering within defence, aerospace, or complex engineering environments Strong understanding of requirements management, interface control, and system design processes Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex technical data Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Passion for solving challenging engineering problems and driving technical innovation What's On Offer:
