Our client is seeking a dedicated IT Support & Network Administrator to join our team. This role is central to maintaining and enhancing their IT infrastructure, supporting users, and ensuringpliance with software and hardware standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with purchasing and installingputer hardware and software.
  • Ensure all software used is properly licenced.
  • Manage network operations and telephony systems.
  • Train users on hardware and software.
  • Ensure all required documentation is received andpleted.
  • Provide regular updates to the IT Manager and feedback to management and staff.
  • Participate in meetings, appraisals, and performance reviews.
  • Identify and attend relevant training, submittingpletion certificates to HR.
  • Adhere topany health and safety guidelines and regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold high standards of customer care.
  • Support team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
  • Undertake other reasonable duties as required by thepany.

  • Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software licencing.
