What you’ll actually do:
Leading IT and integration projects hand in hand with your manager, changing out the entire on-prem tech stack to cloud-based, start to finish; planning, execution, and delivery. Troubleshoot issues and keep business systems humming internally. Keep the IT infrastructure secure, reliable, and running at top speed. Roll out and connect cloud-based tools (CRM, ERP, CPQ, automation platforms). Build workflows, apps, and integrations that make processes smarter and faster. Team up with vendors and colleagues to design solutions that stick, customer-facing discovery calls, and in-person visits. Support sales team with your technical know-how.
To be successful, you’ll need:
2–4 years of IT admin, systems engineering, or integration experience. Comfort and excitement for AI Strong project management and organizational skills. Prioritization and time management are critical. Strong communication skills, not afraid to talk to customers over video, in person, and work with everyone from teammates to executives. Hungry to learn, dive in and learn on the job. Nice to have: familiarity with tools like Zoho, Sage, or QuoteWerks. Bonus points for scripting chops (JavaScript, Python).
Where and how much:
Windsor, In office Salary range is $85k - $95k plus discretionary bonus Open to traveling on occasion to customer sites in Colorado. Minimal travel and expensed.
