What Youll Be Doing: Develop and manage system-level requirements, architectures, and interface definitions for high-integrity platforms Lead or support V&V planning, traceability, and compliance activities throughout the lifecycle Work across multi-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated, mission-ready solutions Collaborate with MOD, OEMs, and defence primes on technology development and delivery Ensure delivery aligns with relevant standards (e.g. DEF STAN, DO-178C, ISO 15288) What Were Looking For: Proven experience in systems engineering within the defence sector (naval, air, weapons, or equivalent)
