Systems Engineer - Verification | Up to £57k + Bonus | Hybrid (2–3 days on-site)

We are working in partnership with a leading defence organisation who are expanding their Weapon Systems Design & Verification team. They are seeking a Systems Engineer to deliver verification and certification activities across a range of UK and international defence programmes.

This role offers the chance to work on high-profile, cutting-edge projects, supporting multiple customers and playing a key part in ensuring systems are delivered on time, cost, and quality.

The role will involve:

✔ Supporting verification, validation, and certification activities

✔ Reviewing subsystem evidence and compliance documentation

✔ Managing verification tasks, budgets, and schedules

✔ Producing key documentation to support trials and system certification

✔ Collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience in the Systems Engineering lifecycle (verification & certification)

Strong problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills

A flexible, delivery-focused approach

Proficiency in DOORS

What’s on offer:

Salary up to £57,000 + bonus
