Key Responsibilities:

Drive new product development and supplier engagement.

Lead value engineering initiatives to reduce costs and improve quality.

Manage cross-functional project teams to meet deadlines and goals.

Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Support operations with new product and process introductions.

What You’ll Bring:

A recognised engineering or technical qualification.

Proven project leadership and ownership from concept to completion.

Experience in value engineering and continuous improvement.

CAD software proficiency and strong analytical skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: £38,000 – £43,000

Working Hours: Monday – Thursday (08:00 – 16:30), Friday (08:00 – 12:30)
