They're are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive HVAC Lead to join their team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for existing customers, providing essential support and guidance. This is a hands-on position that blends technical expertise with customer service and a collaborative, can-do attitude. You will be instrumental in ensuring their customers receive excellent service, from initial quoting through to after-sales support. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical advice and support to customers on HVAC systems and products.

Prepare and manage customer quotations.

Handle after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with the team on a variety of tasks, including administrative and basic warehouse duties.

Maintain clear and organized records of all customer interactions and sales activities.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

Required Skills and Experience: A friendly, approachable, and patient demeanor with excellent communication skills.
