3D Personnel is currently working with a leading European manufacturer of sustainable HVAC systems is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to join its UK team. With over 50 years of innovation, this company has earned a reputation for delivering high-performance ventilation, heating, cooling, and hot water solutions that set industry benchmarks for energy efficiency and environmental responsibility.
Their flagship products are widely adopted by architects, developers, and housing associations across Europe to support low-energy, future-proof buildings.
About the Role
This is a pre-sales technical position supporting the sales team and customers with expert product knowledge. The successful candidate will act as a technical liaison, helping clients understand the benefits, applications, and performance of the company’s advanced HVAC solutions.
Responsibilities include delivering CPDs (Continuing Professional Development sessions), conducting product demonstrations, and responding to technical enquiries. Full product training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support throughout the pre-sales process
* Deliver CPDs online and in person (travel expenses covered)
* Translate complex technical details into clear, client-friendly language
* Assist in preparing technical proposals and presentations
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the full product range
* Collaborate with sales, operations, and engineering teams
* Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings
Candidate Requirements
* Strong technical background (HVAC, engineering, or building services preferred)
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Confident engaging with architects, consultants, and developers
* Comfortable delivering technical presentations and training
* Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital presentation tools
