Overview

Technical Support Engineer - Heating role at DeltaTeam Aps. This position focuses on MVHR and Heat Pumps, ideally including Exhaust Air Heat Pumps (EAHPs). You will act as a key point of contact for clients and internal engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the internal mechanical design engineering team, assisting with product design, application, and integration.
• Act as a client-facing engineer, advising on installation, commissioning, and ongoing support.
• Deliver training and guidance to installers and consultants.
• Support continuous product improvements through feedback to the design and R&D teams.

Package

• Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
• Hybrid working — based out of offices in London Bridge
• 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Heat Pumps and MVHR
• Mechanical Engineering qualifications desirable but not essential
• Ability to collaborate with design engineers on system specification and integration
