Job Description

Project Technical Support and Delivery:

1. Verify and identify tech issues from a big/complex system, typically with 50+ devices, including management software and specified network requirements.

2. Troubleshooting, testing, escalating and communicating internally and externally.

3. To complete the project bidding work, to help customers make the tender documents, and make project tenders, according to the required standard.

4. Provide specified technical training for target project customers after understanding their technical skill levels.

5. Understand and consolidate customer demand for products, and provide feedback for product improvement.

6. Figure out new opportunities within communication during support and report/discuss internally.



Project Management:

1. Following the progress of big projects from the early stage, figure/dig out technical risks and advise, then correct them in advance.

2. Host the routine project meetings and follow up related tracking lists.

3. Cooperate and assist POC tests

4. Communicate with multiple teams, including sales, solution, product, R&D, quality, etc.



Key Attributes


1. Prior experience in a technical support role and interests in learning/operating electronics and network devices

2. Good at handling pressures and a positive attitude

3. Initiative, honesty and integrity


Required Skills and Qualifications


1. CCTV, IT, Network, communications, computers background or other related fields.

2. More than 2 years’ related experience.

3. Fluent English both in reading, writing and speaking.
