What’s the role? You’ll support customers working on a cloud-based enterprise platform – helping troubleshoot UI-related issues, debug frontend behaviour, and create small scripts that streamline issue resolution. It’s hands-on, technical, and customer-facing.

You’ll collaborate with global engineering and support teams and have a direct impact on improving customer experience and internal support processes.
