We are currently looking for a Technical Support Engineer based in the United Kingdom to support our installer clients, partners, and internal teams across the UK market.
Job Responsibilities Provide pre-sales, in-process, and after-sales technical support for installer clients in the UK market. Deliver technical guidance and training to internal teams and external partners. Collaborate with cross-functional team members on customer visits , technical troubleshooting , and market research .
