The Role Are you an IT and telecoms professional with a passion for solving technical issues and delivering exceptional service? Were looking for a versatile and proactive Technical Engineers (1st/2nd Line) to join our growing team. Responsible for resolving a wide range of technical issues, supporting cloud and on-premise systems, and contributing to infrastructure projects. Youll also act as a key escalation point for the Support team and help shape best practices across our IT services. Key Responsibilities Provide 1st and 2nd line support across hardware, software, networks, and cloud services.
