Role Overview We're looking for someone to join the helpdesk team as a first line support for customers. You'll handle technical queries raised by phone or email, take ownership of tickets, and make sure issues are resolved within agreed timescales. You'll also support users onsite or remotely, contribute to projects, and keep customers updated throughout. Key Responsibilities Act as first point of contact for technical support requests
Log, manage, and resolve incidents in line with SLAs
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Provide onsite and remote user support
Assist with project work and system implementations
Monitor performance, backups, and cyber security alerts
Support and administer Microsoft 365 services
Contribute to process improvements and stay up to date with new technologies
