Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Technical Support Engineer based in our Clacton-On-Sea office, with a combination or office, site based and home working available, this is a flexible role as part of our Pulse Virtual IT team. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical enablement to our clients, troubleshooting issues, and offering customer support and service. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and resolving technical problems, assisting customers with their inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Customer Support and Customer Service experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Experience in IT service delivery is a plus
• CompTia A+ is preferred but no essential
• Most importantly, an appreciation for how IT can enable businesses and an positive solution focused approach.
