Whether it's a bug, a data sync issue, or a usability question, you'll investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve-or escalate-each case with care and clarity.
Respond to inbound support requests from external customers Diagnose and resolve issues related to app functionality, data, or integrations Offer alternative solutions or escalate complex cases to senior developers Communicate clearly and consistently with customers throughout the process Document findings and contribute to internal knowledge sharing Collaborate with the wider support and development teams to improve the product What you'll need to be successful
A degree in Computer Science or a related field (B.Sc. or M.Sc.)
