We are looking to expand our team with a Telecommunications Installation Engineer or ICT Project Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in site supervision to join our team on a flagship football stadium project in Saudi Arabia, offering a high-level professional challenge with international exposure.

What will you do?

• Supervise the network infrastructure, telecommunications, electronic security, and data systems on-site.
• Coordinate installers, equipment suppliers, and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and international standards.
• Manage progress, quality, and safety on-site.
• Review the installation of cabling, conduits, racks, and telecommunications rooms.
• Supervise and coordinate with civil, electrical, HVAC, and BMS works regarding cable routes, racks, and telecom rooms.
• Validate certification tests and “as-built” documentation.

What are we looking for?

We are seeking a candidate with a degree in Telecommunications Engineering or a similar field, with at least 5 years of proven experience in ICT project site supervision. Relevant certifications will be valued.

An advanced level of English is essential (oral assessment will be conducted), as well as the ability to operate fluently in international environments. Candidates must be willing to relocate and reside in Saudi Arabia for the duration of the project, managing their work and coordinating with local and international teams.

Experience in managing on-site teams, working in multicultural environments, and strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills will also be highly valued. These are essential for integrating into a complex, high-level technical project where you will supervise, control, and ensure the correct execution of all phases of the stadium’s ICT systems.
