We are seeking a skilled Transmode Engineer with in-depth knowledge of XTM (Cross-Connect Transport Module) systems and Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM) networks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the management and optimization of transport networks, ensuring high performance and reliability. Additionally, the candidate should possess the ability to evaluate the impact of ceasing a service on network operations and infrastructure. This is a contract role initially for 6 months with good possibility of extension. The rate is £400 per day outside IR35. Please note that this role is 75% remote with travel to client site in Paddington and London.
