This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience in Cisco Call Manager, Contact Centre solutions, and IPT systems within an enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities: Support and manage Cisco telephony and contact centre platforms. Act as technical lead on projects and service improvements. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners. Deliver clear communication to stakeholders during changes or go-lives.
