They are an Employee Owned Trust so their people really count and this enables you to get the EOT bonus benefits. They also pay your travel to and from the office! The work includes lots of non-traditional solution driven temporary works design in specialist areas, such as major building façade retentions and complicated London building schemes. You will be involved in design for hoardings, barriers, formwork, scaffolding hoists, fabrication design, connection design, Cat 3 checks, heavy temporary works and all sorts of exciting challenges. Projects are large buildings schemes on complex sites. The role will include dealing with contractors and visits to sites whilst receiving full support towards securing chartered status. The role suits an ambitious, forward thinking, flexible structural engineer who is a good communicator and possesses a creative mindset.
