The successful candidate will play a key role in validating new products and systems, ensuring they meet rigorous internal and external standards.

Key Responsibilities: Lead validation activities for new products and systems, ensuring designs are fit for purpose and testing is completed within agreed timescales Collaborate with design teams to develop and manage plans Conduct physical and mechanical testing, accurately reporting results against defined criteria Ensure compliance with relevant local and international standards, as well as internal technical specifications Maintain and calibrate test equipment and facilities, ensuring safe and efficient operation Document all testing activities and maintain up-to-date records for management review Develop a suite of standardised tests for use across product lines
