You’ll be hands-on with cutting-edge electronics — inspecting, testing, fault-finding, and ensuring everything meets the highest standards before it heads into the field. If you’ve got a sharp eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the drive to deliver, this role could be a perfect fit.

  • Fault finding & repair down to component level
  • Providing feedback & documenting discrepancies
  • Keeping detailed records and ensuring compliance with company standards
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised assembly/test area
  • Working closely with engineering teams to meet deadlines on key projects

What you’ll bring

  • 3+ years’ experience in a manufacturing/test environment
  • Background in defence projects (preferred)
  • IPC inspection certification
  • BTEC in Electronics (ONC/HNC/HND) or equivalent
  • Skilled in fault finding & repair (analogue + digital)
  • Familiar with electronic/mechanical drawings & test specs
  • Strong communicator, highly organised & self-motivated
  • Hands-on with tools & test equipment, confident in problem-solving
  • Must hold current UK Security Clearance (SC) or have held in the past

What’s in it for you

Opportunity to work on mission-critical, high-profile projects
