Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for technical queries related to Test Equipment, ensuring timely resolution and traceability using tracking systems.
• Lead data-driven investigations into reliability trends and field failures, driving root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance on Test Equipment at customer sites to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide technical support, training, and guidance to customers and internal teams, including mentoring less experienced engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex technical challenges and implement lessons learned into product design and processes.
• Create technical briefings, presentations, and documentation, including maintenance of fielded technical documents such as handbooks and GEMs.
• Monitor in-service performance of Test Equipment, identify problem areas, and recommend solutions.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all service activities.
• Participate in technical and program reviews, acting as a presenter or reviewer.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience in the aerospace industry.
• Proven experience in field service engineering or product support roles.
• Strong technical troubleshooting, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound technical judgment, and resolve complex issues.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including internationally.
• Valid passport and driver's license.
