We’re hiring: Time Study & Continuous Improvement Manager

Doncaster area | Mon–Thu 6.45am–3.30pm, Fri 6.45am–2.05pm | Competitive salary + benefits

Are you passionate about driving efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement in manufacturing? This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a key role within a well-established UK manufacturer.

The Role

You’ll be the go-to person for time and motion studies, ensuring labour standards are accurate, costings are competitive, and new product introductions run smoothly. Alongside this, you’ll play a pivotal role in lean initiatives and CI projects that reduce waste and boost productivity.

What You’ll Do

Conduct time and motion studies and develop accurate labour standards

Analyse data to support product costing and ERP updates

Work closely with Design & Production teams on new product launches

Lead and support Lean/CI initiatives (5S, Kaizen, VSM)

Drive efficiencies, improve workflows, and support fair pay structures

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience in time and motion studies or industrial engineering

Solid understanding of Lean/CI tools and methodologies

Excellent maths and analytical ability

Confident with Excel and ERP systems

Manufacturing experience (upholstery or fast-paced production a bonus)
