Overview

Looking for Trainee ATM Engineers to help with a backlog of work in CH Postcode Area. You will be based in CH Postcode or nearby and must have your own transport. This is ad hoc work covering 8am to 10pm, 7 days a week. Scheduling is advised up to 1 month in advance. You can select which hours and days you would like to work. We are looking to build a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform FLM Fixes to bring an ATM back online and in service. FLM Fixes may include removal of cash or media jams (e.g., receipt jams), removal of card jams, removal of debris/dirt within ATM transport systems and around sensors, belts, and mechanical parts such as gears.
• Restart or re-boot/reset ATM as needed. After each FLM Fix, test the ATM and provide evidence of at least one cash transaction.
• Utilise provided Contractor Resources, training, and documentation detailing responsibilities and requirements to be adhered to.
• Note: This is a FLM Plus role and may involve more in‑ depth fixes.

Compensation

• Hourly rate plus £10 per call out, up to 10 call outs in an 8 hour shift, plus mileage.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Excellent customer service.
• ATM experience or transferable skills (e.g., service engineer, IT support, etc.) or willingness to learn.
• Ability to learn new tasks; some electronic or mechanical knowledge is advantageous.
• ASAP start; you will be required to pass security clearance including DBS and credit check.
• Must have own car and driving licence.
