As demand grows, were looking for a reliable, customer-focusedField Service Engineerto join their dedicated team. The Role You will represent the company on the road, servicing medical equipment at customer locations. No two days will be the same, and you'll have the chance to build strong relationships with the companys valued customers. This role is fully field based so applicants must be comfortable with daily travel to several locations. Responsibilities include: Performing on-site equipment servicing and calibrations Managing your own schedule through our live calendar system Delivering excellent customer service and building client rapport Identifying opportunities for cross-sells and up-sells Working both independently and as part of a team Candidate Requirements: Be smartly presented and professional Be polite, confident and comfortable dealing with customers face to face Hard working, self-motivated and be happy working independently and as part of a team Excellent communications skills and have a positive can-do attitude Be willing to travel, including overnight stays when required Good technical computing skills If you're enthusiastic, driven, and want to be the face of a growing business, wed love to hear from you!
