You will become one of Apogee’s front-line representatives, learning to support and maintain devices across client sites, ensuring we deliver exceptional service every time.\n\nYou will receive full training and coaching – including a dedicated induction programme in Lincoln (with all travel and accommodation expenses covered) – to give you the skills and confidence to succeed.\n\nThis role will pay minimum wage + bonus scheme + car and will offer progression in the future\n\nWhat You Will Be Doing\n During your training and beyond, you will learn how to:\n\nRespond to customer service requests for the repair of business equipment\n\nMonitor devices proactively for faults and consumable requirements\n\nDiagnose and resolve faults through cleaning, adjustment or part replacement\n\nCarry out preventative maintenance and installations\n\nUse Apogee and client systems to record activity and report on progress\n\nLiaise with customers and our internal teams to maximise satisfaction\n\nManage onsite stock of spare parts and consumables effectively\n\nProvide guidance to customers on how to get the most from their equipment\n\nA typical working pattern is Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30, with a one-hour lunch break.
This role is fully remote at client sites.
