Acara Management are a hard-working and dynamic team, based in West London, who are continuously pushing the boundaries of Property Management. We stand out from the crowd as we offer our clients a combined management and maintenance service.

We're growing as a team from around 14 to 20 over the next 12 months.

We are looking for an ambitious and aspiring 'Hands-On Property Manager' to join our maintenance team, who enjoys different trades, working on different types of jobs and using their problem solving skills on a daily basis. You will be part of a well run maintenance team, where you get all the support you require.

We embrace technology at Acara and are always pushing the boundaries and looking for improved ways of working.

Our maintenance team are hands-on property managers and very important to the success of the company and at the core of who and what we are. So you will work within a busy and cooperative team, communicating regularly and feeding back to others what is happening, what is needed and where we can improve the property.

You will attend jobs that are straight forward and jobs that will challenge and push you. We want someone who enjoys the pressure, the pace, the challenge and setting an example.

We encourage and fund further training and up-skilling. This can be more trade skills, or more professional skills such as assessments, technical diagnosis and surveys.

We would like candidates who are used to working with software systems and logging their work and embracing technological improvements.

We're also looking for those who like us are; hungry, motivated and ambitious. We're running, not plodding and we want you to keep up with us!

This is a trainee role, for someone who is good with their hands and wants to work in property. If you're as good with your brain as you are with your hands, maybe this is the place for you!

You must be happy to travel and work on multiple sites in multiple areas. Your diary is filled for you, so you do not have to worry about sourcing your own work. Our office is in Richmond, and the properties we manage are generally within 1 hour of the office. So, West, South West and Central London predominantly. You would go from home, straight to your jobs and come and go from the office as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Training salary of up to £30,000. However, we will look to get you trained as quickly as possible, so there will be lots of opportunity to get this salary up very quickly.
