Trainee Service Engineer

£14.00 Per Hour

Our well-established client based in Barnsley is seeking a Trainee Service Engineer to join their team, develop their skills, and eventually take over the role of Service Engineer

Trainee Service Engineer Roles and Responsibilities:

* Support the service engineer

* Learn to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently

* Support senior engineers on site visits and installations

* Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally

Trainee Service Engineer Ideal Candidate:

* Have previous experience in site / mechanical pipework or plumbing

* Hold a IPAF certification or experience

* Have a CSCS qualification

* Experienced using hand tools

* Willingness to travel and work on site

* Hold a full UK driving licence

Trainee Service Engineer Working Hours:

* Monday – Thursday, 07:30 – 16:30

* Friday, 07:30 – 12:30

* Overtime rate at time and half

* Flexible working hours

* Weekend work occasionally

* Overnight stay occasionally
