Learning to repair and maintain household appliances including washing machines, tumble dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, and electric cookers Visiting customers' homes to diagnose issues and carry out repairs safely and efficiently Using your mechanical or electrical mindset to troubleshoot and solve problems on-site Recording and managing job details using our in-house engineer software Following guidance from your mentor while building your skills and confidence Providing excellent customer service, explaining repairs clearly and professionally Continuously developing your technical skills through structured training and on-the-job experience
