(Paddington). Working with a global IT Consultancy on large-scale network solutions projects for a Telecoms end client. Key skills, experience + tasks will include: In-depth XTM (Cross-Connect Transport Module) and DWDM (Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing) optical network systems expertise. Managing / optimizing transport networks, ensuring high performance, reliability, and evaluating the impact of service cessation on network operations and infrastructure. Designing, implementing + maintaining DWDM and XTM network systems for robust data transmission. Monitoring network performance, troubleshooting + resolving transport networks issues. Defining network requirements + creating technical documentation including network design layouts + operational procedures. Network monitoring, network management + technical support.
