This engineering company produces highly technical software that integrates with a great variety of hardware providing enhancements to both the hardware's capabilities and its user interface. • Work with a small team of troubleshooting engineers and leverage available support from teammates; be proactive in learning domain knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Software engineering background is a must; exact technologies and sectors are less important.
  • Ability to solve complex software problems, navigate large codebases, and communicate complex topics clearly.
  • Willingness to learn domain knowledge in a highly technical, niche area.
  • Ability to work remotely via email and video calls; no requirement for out-of-hours work.
