The Tusker IT environment can be divided into the following parts:* Production web infrastructure* Pre-production web infrastructure* Office infrastructure* Office desktop supportThe focus of this role will be to support and improve the office infrastructure and office desktop support.Tusker has had a blend of fully remote and hybrid (remote and office) working practices, and this is expected to continue going forward with escalation point, tackling higher level tech issues, supporting new projects related to support, completing subject access requests. Please visit for Tusker car website for more information**What you’ll need*** Being able to maintain a can do attitude, possessing excellent communication skills, and demonstrating both teamwork and independent work capabilities are necessary.* Desktop Support including building both Windows machines and Macs. Troubleshooting user issues, Support MS Office products in creation, management and deletion of user accounts across all systems as required, this will involve using Active Directory and 3rd party systems, e.g. Salesforce and NetSuite. Setting up an Administer DUO for 2-factor authentication. Printer support, resolve errors and issues onsite.
