The Job Lead or contribute across the entire engineering lifecycle—from concept and requirements to design, implementation, and certification. Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team alongside engineers, planners, and delivery partners. Provide technical leadership, mentoring junior engineers and coordinating cross-functional collaboration. Support agile delivery through regular team meetings, resource planning, and task coordination. Produce key engineering artefacts and documentation.
