Overview Job Title: Van Mobile Air Conditioning & Chiller Engineer Salary: £50,000 per annum Location: Central London - Zones 1 to 3 Region Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM Responsibilities
Conduct PPM and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems including AHU's, FCU's, VRV's, Splits, VRF's, VAV's, Compressors, Chillers, Pumps, Motors, and Actuators. Diagnose and repair faults on air conditioning and refrigeration systems. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain accurate records of all work carried out. Respond to emergency breakdowns promptly and efficiently.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Level 2 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning. F-Gas Category 1 certification.
Experience:
Proven experience in maintaining and repairing HVAC systems. Strong knowledge of AHU's, FCU's, VRV's, Splits, VRF's, VAV's, Chillers, Pumps, Motors, and Actuators.
Skills:
Excellent problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical fitness to handle the demands of a mobile role.
