This role offers an inspiring environment where your passion for automotive engineering can truly shine.What You Will Do:• Support the definition of vehicle dynamics attribute targets, ensuring the delivery of exceptional ride, handling, and steering performance.• Facilitate testing, tuning, and parts integration plans to meet the company’s high standards.• Cascade and transact vehicle dynamics requirements across system and component teams.• Demonstrate vehicle performance status against targets to stakeholders and customers.• Manage and deliver technical projects while supporting senior engineers in achieving key objectives.• Gain hands-on experience across multiple vehicle dynamics disciplines, enhancing your expertise.What You Will Bring:• A strong understanding of vehicle dynamics fundamentals and a keen interest in cars and driving.• Excellent organisational and project management skills, with a detail-focused approach.• Awareness of vehicle dynamics development methods, including subjective and objective evaluation.• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.• A degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Aeronautical, or other relevant engineering disciplines.• Some experience tuning road vehicles, subjective evaluation and demonstrable proving ground experience is desirable (or experience of track driving).This role plays a pivotal part in delivering vehicles that meet the highest standards of performance and innovation.
