You will hit the ground running and be able to demonstrate multimachine competence supported by manufacture training. You will thrive working in an empowered environment finding your own solutions to problems within your boundaries of authority. We expect all our staff to take ownership of their duties with an attitude of whatever it takes to get the job done! You will need to be a people person, driving and motivating yourself to achieve the highest possible standards within the industry and contribute towards an environment of exceptional customer service where going the extra mile is the norm.The DescriptionAttend customer sites to diagnose and fault find any fault on various vending systems Including:o Electrical faultso Water and water flow faultso Refrigeration fault finding and basic component repair. (all specialist work will be conducted by third party)o Ingredient performance and drink quality issues.o Espresso SystemsOptimize a range of Coffee Systems to get the very best from a wide variety of products.Take a lead with equipment installs on customer premises.Assist with equipment movements and uplifts.Ensure all paperwork and procedures are completed on time and inline with company polices.Find the correct part numbers from the correct suppliers and request parts orders inline with SOP’sReturn all warranty and service parts promptly and correctly.Advise and train operators, customers and end users when appropriate.Assist with all customer issues to ensure they receive a class leading service.Ensure all relevant or re-occurring issues are elevated swiftly within SOP’sPrerequisites (Qualifications)4 GCSE’s at C or aboveManufacture training coursesA technical aptitudeClean driving licence.The TermsHours per week: 41.5 hours per week plus weekends as overtime.Competitive Salary plus overtime.Holidays: 28 days including bank holidays.
