From in-studio footage and artist sessions to live events and interviews, our teams are producing more video content than ever. To meet this growing demand, we're building a modern, cloud-based video platform that integrates seamlessly with our audio and digital systems. Now, we’re looking for a Video Systems Specialist to help us make it happen.

This is a technical advisory role – not a team management position. You’ll work closely with engineers and video producers across our nine European markets, helping shape the right tools, codecs, lighting setups , and production workflows to bring our brands to life on video.

What You’ll Be Doing: Shape the Video Tech Stack: Develop and implement Bauer Audio’s video systems roadmap across our European footprint.
