Job Title: Water / HVAC Commissioning Engineer

Location: Bath, Somerset

Salary/Benefits: £28k - £55k + Training & Benefits

Our client is a leading Compliance and Building Services company, with a strong presence in the South West of England. They are seeking a Water / HVAC Commissioning Engineer to cover new commercial, industrial and healthcare client contracts. Applicants will need strong technical knowledge and must be able to demonstrate strong client-facing experience. Ideally, they are seeking an individual who can lead on projects and oversee teams of engineers, but they are able to consider candidates without management experience. Salaries and packages are competitive and include usual company benefits.

Experience / Qualifications:

- Strong hands-on experience working as a Commissioning Engineer within a Water / HVAC specialist company

- Must hold CSA Grade Level 3 as a minimum

- Working knowledge of CIBSE guidelines

- Able to travel in line with company requirements

- Ideally will have experience leading teams and overseeing project completion

- Good literacy and IT skills

- Strong communication skills

The Role:

- Balancing and commissioning of Water, Air and HVAC systems across a mixed portfolio of client sites

- Performing flushing on closed circuits

- Back-flushing and power flushing

- Working on AHU and Supply and Extract systems

- Checking flow rates

- Writing detailed commissioning reports

- Interpreting site plans and schematics

- Working to agreed deadlines

- Maintaining excellent service standards

- Adhering to safety guidelines at all times
