Site Services Engineer Rugby | 4 on 4 off - Days & Nights £46,400 per annum FMCG / Manufacturing / Facilities Maintenance We're looking for an experienced Site Services Engineer to join a leading FMCG manufacturer in Rugby. In this vital role, you'll support and maintain key site infrastructure, ensuring reliability and compliance across all services that keep production running.

The Role:

As a Site Services Engineer, you'll take ownership of maintaining site utilities and infrastructure, including water treatment plant, pumps, valves, and associated systems. You'll work across both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdowns, with a focus on fault finding, continuous improvement, and supporting health & safety standards.

Shift Pattern:

4 on 4 off

Days & Nights (12-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities:

Perform PPM and reactive maintenance on site services equipment

Maintain and fault-find on pumps, valves, pipework, and water treatment systems

Ensure all work complies with health & safety and site regulations

Support engineering projects and infrastructure improvements

Drive efficiency and reliability across utilities and building services

Maintain documentation and support audits and compliance activities

What You'll Need:

Engineering background with strong mechanical or multi-skilled experience

Experience working in FMCG, food, or a manufacturing environment

Proven experience with pumps, valves, water systems, and building services

Solid understanding of health & safety and safe systems of work

Able to fault-find and work independently or as part of a team

Salary & Benefits:
