Responsibilities

• Deliver performance-focused sub-systems for integration within larger weapon system architectures.
• Own the physical definition, certification, and acceptance of hardware systems.
• Produce and maintain technical and certification documentation to required standards.
• Support the integration of functional software with complex hardware subsystems.
• Engage with and manage third-party suppliers, defining technical statements of work and deliverables.
• Operate across the early lifecycle of projects, clarifying stakeholder needs and influencing technical direction.
• Lead technical work packages, balancing progress against risks in collaboration with project managers.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven background in developing complex electrical equipment or subsystems.
• Strong understanding of assembly, integration, test, and certification processes.
• Ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams and build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in supplier management and technical work definition.
• Systems engineering knowledge including requirements, design, and performance analysis.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-technology environment with secure project demands.
