Workplace Technology Engineer - Hybrid - Edinburgh - Up to £55,000 About the Role We are seeking a talented and proactive Workplace Technology Engineer to join our Service Delivery Technology team. This permanent role is crucial in empowering users with the latest Microsoft 365 tools and ensuring a modern, efficient workplace environment. What You Will Do
Act as a subject matter expert for Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and the Power Platform. Provide guidance, training, and support to end users. Develop user documentation, quick reference guides, and training materials. Monitor the Microsoft 365 roadmap for updates and implications. Collaborate with Infrastructure and Service Desk teams to resolve issues and roll out new tools. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the digital workplace.
About You
At least 3 years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 in a corporate setting. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and end-user features. Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint Online customization is a plus. Excellent communication, training, and documentation skills. ITIL Foundation certification or relevant IT service management experience is desirable.
